Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of El Paso is interested in receiving proposals to provide complete holiday lighting services, including placement, maintenance, and removal of selected holiday lighting fixtures based on a creative design that encompasses the San Jacinto Plaza, and specific downtown intersections. It is the desire of the City to consider designs incorporating a Victorian Christmas theme, in keeping with 1920’s era that has a strong historical tie to the Plaza and its recent reincarnation. Decorations •Victorian Christmas theme, all white lights (provide design pictures) •Entire San Jacinto Plaza decorated, including trees, shade canopy, café, light poles •Decorate existing designated Holiday tree, 40 foot Elderica Pine, in Christmas tree format •Provide all lighting, installation, monitor lights during display, and removal • Provide intersection, corner light display for up to eight lighting treatments. There is no power at any of the intersections. Please provide options available solar lighting, static displays with power, etc. See attachment “Holiday Lights by Intersection.” Equipment • No lift trucks are allowed on the plaza. Elevator type lifts, or street access lifts are acceptable Electricity • All access to power provided by city • Project map and electrical plan provided by city.
