11.0 PROJECT SCOPE & PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS ASM Global is requesting proposals for purchase, installation, conversion facilitation, testing and training for 34 IP Cameras to be installed through the arena. The project is to be considered a Turn-Key installation for the awarded vendor responsible for all aspects of the project. Though the awarded vendor is responsible for all aspects of the project, the implementation team will also be comprised of ASM Global staff assigned to work with the awarded vendor for facilitation and project success. Proposal requires an implementation plan to include but not be limited to: project implementation plan, project schedule, data conversion plan, training plan for application functional lead(s), end-device user training as to device and application functionality. Proposal requires a bill-of-materials to include but not be limited to: all application, modules and licensing costs, all hardware costs and all services, design, project management, engineering, installation, training and testing. Proposal requires a 1-Year maintenance and support warranty cost to be submitted with proposal to include but not be limited to the following pre-defined and provided at time of proposal submittal: all aspects of application support and maintenance, minimum of Tier 2 helpdesk support with direct-dial phone number for 24/7 support, support of system remotely when required, on-site support when required, communication plan to include titles, email address and phone numbers for escalation list. 12.0 PROJECT SCHEDULE Proposal must include, in Microsoft Project format, a project schedule to include major and minor milestones for all aspects of the installation project. Schedule should commence on or November 1, 2025 and be concluded on or before December 31 2025.
