Specifications include, but are not limited to: Software/Licensing: • Upgrade the district’s currently running version of Netbox to the latest production version • Licensing to support up to 500 doors across 6 campuses • Licensing to support up to 12 administrator accounts and 4,000 user credentials • Integration with Microsoft Active Directory/LDAP for user authentication at the phone app and administrative control panel login screen. • Integration with an ID card-printing software and hardware suite. Submit details of compatible systems. Hardware: • Locksets should be Schlage AD-400 or equivalent type (subject to district approval), with the following features: Capable of using HID / Wiegand-format proximity card credentials Communication over the 902-928 MHz spectrum Exceed 1 year battery life with AA-type batteries User serviceable Compatible with existing district lockset cores All internal and external handles, features, etc. to support a default “storeroom” configuration when power and communication are removed. • Panel interface modules, access control panel modules, wiring, brackets, and other miscellaneous items as required by building layout and number of doors served. • Submit details of wired and wireless options for remotely unlocking a door from within a classroom. Installation/Configuration: • Proposals must include delivery, installation, and configuration costs • Proposals must include an estimated timeline for delivery and completion of installation. • The district will work with the vendor to define custom threat levels to be configured for each campus to facilitate lockdown/lockout operations. Threat levels may be triggered by presentation of specially-configured keycards, by pressing a physical button, or via the phone app. • Phone app must be configured such that users with access to a door may remotely unlock that door at a distance without presentation of a credential. This feature should only be available within the district network
