Bld. 524 – Rear House Wing Sheetrock and Sheet Metal Walls • With existing sheetrock to remain o Remove and re-install closet shelving and hanger rods o Install 26ga sheet metal on all sheetrock walls in 5 bedrooms/closets and 1 dayroom and 1 nurse office up to 8ft above floor o Install 5/8” high impact sheetrock over all sheet metal up to ceiling height o Install 5/8” sheetrock on to block walls in bedrooms o Install metal cornerbeads on all drywall corners o Install metal L-beads around all door jambs as needed o Tape, float, texture, prime and paint o The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies, as necessary, to perform the services and/or provide the goods, as required.
