Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Successful Respondent shall provide the CPA and partnering Community/Communities, as designated by CPA, with the Selected Services described in Section B below. The purpose of the Selected Services is to help Communities with broadband planning through a coordinated effort on the part of the Successful Respondent, the Community, and CPA. Selected Services will be selected by CPA and by Communities, through a collaborative effort with input from the Successful Respondent. Respondents must work with Communities in order to address their unique needs related to broadband and should demonstrate commitment to putting communities and their needs in the forefront when providing services through this RFP. The Successful Respondents must have specialized knowledge and experience in order to perform all of the Selected Services described in Section B, including, but not limited to, conducting regional broadband studies, performing broadband network planning and assessments, and demonstration of extensive understanding of technical components of broadband planning in the public sector. Successful Respondent may achieve or supplement its ability to offer all Selected Services by employing well qualified subcontractors. The Successful Respondent must have the ability to provide Selected Services to Communities across the State, either remotely or on location, based on individual Community broadband planning needs. The Successful Respondent must have the capacity to delegate teams across multiple Communities at the same time while maintaining the ability to provide exceptional service. Successful Respondent may achieve or supplement its ability to offer statewide Selected Services by employing well qualified subcontractors. CPA may favor Proposals from Respondents that show overwhelming evidence of the ability to service the entire State and the capacity to be deployed to multiple Communities at once. The Successful Respondent shall perform all tasks and ensure the Community has a clear understanding of any and all outcomes of the Selected Services and next steps after the delivery of such Selected Services. To ensure clarity, Successful Respondent may be required to conduct one or more meetings at the close of the performed Selected Services, in addition to the final presentation described in Section 2.1.C, 3. Such meetings shall include the Successful Respondent and the Community to ensure the Community has full understanding of the performed Selected Services and future actions the Community may undertake. The Community and the Successful Respondent shall give CPA a thorough assessment and presentation alongside the delivery of a Written Report on the performed Selected Services.
