Specifications include, but are not limited to: approximately five (5) centerline miles of four (4) managed lanes down the median of SH 288 from the Brazoria/Harris County line to just north of County Road 58 within Brazoria County. Also, included in the project is two (2) mainlane toll plazas, and eight (8) non-tolled ramps. The ramps include entrance and exit ramps into and off the Brazoria County Expressway at Hughes Ranch Road /Discovery Bay, the frontage roads just north of FM 518, the main lanes of SH 288 just south of FM 518 and the southern end just north of CR 58. An overview map of the maintenance limits, toll plazas, and ramps is provided below in Figure 1. For a more detailed map, refer to Exhibit A. It is the intent of BCTRA to award to one (1) vendor for BCTRA's roadway maintenance.
