Texas A&M University, subsequently referred to as Texas A&M, Division of Marketing and Communications is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a Brand Management Platform that allows the university to both create new designs in the platform and import any common design file into a branded template, enabling distributed teams to create and customize their own marketing and communications content, while maintaining brand consistency and integrity for the College Station campus as set forth within this RFP. The purpose of this initiative is to reduce the production design burden and increase time available for strategic creative efforts, allowing the team to distribute high-quality, timely and brand-aligned materials across campus units. We seek a solution that not only serves the Division of Marketing and Communications but is scalable and intuitive enough to support: • The central marketing division and its daily high-volume production and brand oversight needs • All campus communicators, including colleges, departments, administrative units, and research centers producing marketing and communications materials • The broader Texas A&M University ecosystem, including faculty, staff, and students who may need to create brandaligned materials for academic, co-curricular, or student life-related purposes Vendors are encouraged to propose flexible, user-friendly platforms that accommodate various levels of design skill and access, ensuring that branded materials can be produced efficiently and consistently at every level of the university. Project Goals and Requirements Texas A&M Marketing and Communications is seeking a scalable, user-friendly platform that empowers departments the institution to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content efficiently and collaboratively. The ideal solution shall: • Enable the Creation and Control of Branded Templates for a range of content types, including social media graphics, flyers, presentations, digital ads, and more. • Allow Customization by Distributed Teams through editable templates, giving users across departments flexibility within defined brand parameters. • Maintain Brand Integrity with administrative controls such as locked logos, fonts, and color palettes. • Support Tiered User Roles and Permissions to manage access and editing capabilities across varying levels of users. • Provide Usage Analytics and Content Performance Insights to inform design decisions and content strategy. • Integrate Seamlessly with Existing Systems such as SSO/SAML authentication, asset management tools, and Adobe Creative Cloud. • Offer an Intuitive Interface that’s accessible to non-designers and facilitates self-service content creation. • Enable Collaboration and Feedback through built-in tools that allow commenting and stakeholder input directly within the platform—even from non-licensed users. • Include Comprehensive Training, Onboarding Support, and Ongoing Consultation to ensure broad adoption and ease of use across the university.
