Contractor(s) will provide camps that can accommodate blind and visually impaired children. Camps will be located within the State of Texas, to include various regions throughout the State. The purpose of these camps is to enhance the independence, communication, mobility, and daily living skills of blind or visually impaired children. Contractor(s) shall provide all necessary personnel to perform the services, unless specifically stated as the responsibility of HHSC. Contractor shall ensure all its employees and subcontractors are properly trained, certified or licensed, as appropriate, and are qualified by education and experience to perform the required services. Contractor(s) shall provide personnel to perform all Services within the timeframe(s) specified in the Contract. The Contractor shall, at a minimum provide the following Services as more fully described in this Statement of Work.
