Bexar County Facilities Management (BCFM) is seeking bids from contractors for the following: The interior/exterior renovation of the Bexar County Light Fleet Maintenance Building. The facility is, approximately 22,500 SF of Floor Area (Service Bays, Offices, Storages, locker room, bathrooms, break areas and lobby). The scope of work includes selective demolition, new wall, floor and ceiling finishes. The renovation focuses the entire building including the addition of new equipment, TV’s, Cameras, Access Control, Glazing, Bath Accessories, Millwork, Paint, Window Treatments Refer to Contract Documents (plans and specs) prepared by VLK Architects, dated 11/11/2025, including the attached exhibits and associated attachments. The scope of work involves the following trades, but not limited to selective demolition, metal framing, steel fabrications, wood framing, carpentry & millwork, roofing, doors and windows, glazing, flooring, painting, modify existing electrical and mechanical system, fire protection, low voltage, technology, window blinds, and others.
