Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Mowing of all grass where needed. 2. Edging of all grass around walkways, driveways and fence lines. 3. All shrubs and hedges are to be trimmed as needed. 4. All debris is to be swept and removed, i.e. clippings, leaves, branches, etc.… 5. Weed control is to be performed as needed. 6. Fertilizer and mulch are to be added in locations where needed. 7. All flowerbeds should be free of weeds and trim neatly. 8. Remove debris from parking lots with every visit. 9. Maintenance on lawns will be scheduled according to seasons: Spring: March – May (twice per month) Summer: June – August (twice per month) Autumn: September – November (once permonth) Winter: December – February (once per month)
