Bexar County Facilities Management (BCFM) is seeking bids from contractors for the following: The interior improvements to the Historic Bexar County Courthouse 5th floor Courtroom and Offices in the, approximately 5,500 SF of Floor Area (including Courtroom, Workstations, and Offices). The scope of work includes selective demolition, new wall, floor and ceiling finishes. The renovation focuses on the interior offices and Courtroom space. Contractor responsible for providing temporary dust partitions to mitigate dust and noise while areas are partially occupied and protect existing emergency devices. The scope of work involves the following trades, but not limited to wood framing, carpentry & millwork, carpet, painting, modify existing electrical and mechanical system, fire protection, window blinds, and others.
