The resulting pricing, terms and conditions shall be extendedto the University of North Texas (UNT), the University of North Texas System (UNT System), theUniversity of North Texas Health and Science Center (UNTHSC) and any other institutions ofhigher education interested in utilizing the agreement, as allowed by the Texas Education Code.The University of North Texas, Denton Campus, has approximately 3.8 million gross square feet ofEducation and General space and enrollment of 36,000 students.
