• Equipment: The Equipment covered by this Agreement is set forth below: o Becton Dickinson (BD) BACTEC Mycobacterium Growth Indicator Tube (MGIT) 960 automated mycobacterial detection systems with the following serial numbers: MG7017 MG7029 MG7013 MG7298 MG7015 • Service: service must be equivalent to the manufacturer’s Comprehensive 5-day service plan. o Service engineers must be trained to service and repair Becton Dickinson equipment that is specified above. At the time a bid is submitted, respondents must provide training certificates and summaries of experience for individuals who will be performing service/maintenance on equipment. o Unlimited online/phone technical support, 8:00am – 5:00pm Central time or normal business hours - excluding weekends and holidays. o Vendor must directly perform service/maintenance. Due to the critical public health nature of this equipment, subcontracting is not allowed.
