The expectation is that the concession stand shall be open at a minimum for all game days (Saturdays and Sundays) and tournaments. There is no dedicated phone line at this facility. The Concessionaire is permitted to take and deliver orders outside of the concession stand unless such activity interferes with park patrons or creates a nuisance, in which case this permission may be revoked The Bear Branch Sportsfields Concessions Contract for services, if awarded, covers the years 2026, 2027, and 2028. Any and all financial obligations of The Woodlands Township under the contract are contingent upon annual appropriations. Concessionaire is not designated as a parking spot at this facility. The facility is approximately 215ft. This location has an air conditioning unit. The Woodlands Township shall provide the following equipment for use as part of the Concessions Agreement. . Commercial refrigerator · Commercial freezer . Ice Machine . Commercial Sink Any additional equipment brought in by the Concessionaire shall be the sole responsibility of the Concessionaire.
