Specifications include, but are not limited to: City of Battle Creek, (the City) invites qualified Information Technology (IT) Software and Implementation providers to submit a proposal for the replacement of its existing JD Edwards Financial, Human Resources and Utility Billing Applications. The scope of this proposal will include the software required to meet the functional and technical requirements listed in Appendix A, implementation services necessary to successfully implement the software to meet the business requirements contained herein, training for City users, development of training documentation that is customized to the City and data conversion activities necessary to convert legacy data into the new system.
