CPS Energy is seeking a Company to provide Power Generation Battery Maintenance and Replacement Services for an anticipated term of three (3) years. Company shall provide the following Goods and perform the following Services, on an as needed basis: a. Inspection and testing (including battery capacity testing) b. Troubleshooting c. Maintenance and repair (including preventative, routine and emergency) d. Complete replacement of equipment and/or components e. Delivery, installation, commissioning, annual capacity testing and removal of battery rentals. f. Provide rental DC equipment including chargers and uninterruptable power supplies (“UPS”) g. Engineering support for all scopes of work as needed h. Ability to service equipment associated with the DC power system i. Provide analysis of equipment or materials by competent, experienced personnel using special techniques, instruments or devices with the objective or reporting opinions or recommendations related to the current condition and future serviceability of the equipment or materials. j. Provide new equipment as well as replacement parts and components for existing equipment. All replacement parts and materials shall meet or exceed original manufacture and CPS Energy specifications and industry standards.
