The required services to be provided are The Battelle Developmental Inventory, Third Edition (BDI-3), is an electronic evaluation tool used by Early Childhood Intervention program contractors to measure the developmental milestones in children in five domains: communication, social-emotional, adaptive, motor, and cognitive. The purchase includes a subscription to the platform (which allows users access to the application) and actual electronic record forms (ERFs). a) Vendor will provide subscription pricing as per Exhibit C - Pricing Sheet. b) Contractor will provide a 1-year contract with full support per Exhibit C - Pricing Sheet. c) Contractor shall work with HHSC IT personnel to install and or activate software. d) Software licenses will come with full support throughout the contract period. e) Contractor shall provide trained technicians knowledgeable and skilled in the installation, setup and support of the services per the scope of services.
