The required services to be provided are barber services for the residents of Richmond State Supported Living Center (RSSLC). Licensed barber to provide quality haircuts & beard trim to 318 residents on campus. • Awarded vendor must be able to provide, at minimum, haircuts and beard trim for men. • Awarded vendor must be able to provide barber services on campus monthly. In the event services are required more than once a month, Contractor and Agency shall agree upon a mutually beneficial time for services to be completed. • Awarded vendor must provide current certificate of liability insurance. • Awarded vendor must complete background check by way of fingerprint and provide a current Texas Drivers License or Identification Card. • Awarded vendor must be able to attend new hire orientation. • Awarded vendor must be able to provide the following deliverables: Completion of Consultant Log at each visit.
