In an effort to supplement biosolids processing capacity, the Trinity River Authority of Texas (AUTHORITY) is soliciting bids to mobilize and operate 4 belt presses at the Central Regional Wastewater System (CRWS) dewatering building. Additionally, the Solids Management Improvement Phase IIIB project is currently in commissioning and startup which includes centrifuges. Solids from the external belt presses and centrifuges will be transported and lime stabilized by the SUCCESSFUL BIDDER to the CRWS Wet Weather Solids Storage Pad. Lime stabilized solids must meet regulatory requirement in CRWS’s TPDES permit. Bid prices must include personnel, equipment, transportation vehicles and maintenance. CRWS will provide lime, emulsion polymer and electricity needed for the project.
