Anslow Bryant Construction Ltd. Will be the Construction Manager-at-Risk for Katy Independent School District and will receive proposals from all qualified subcontractors for the additions and renovations to Beck Jr. High School. The project consists of new additions of approximately 31,150 square feet and interior renovations to the existing Beck Jr. High located at 5200 South Fry Road, Katy, TX, 77450. The work includes but is not limited to interior demolition, site demolition, misc. concrete slab patching, site concrete, drilled piers and slab on grade, masonry, steel fabrication and erection, rough carpentry, casework, stainless steel counters, dampproofing, insulation, roof replacement, caulking, drywall, plaster, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, painting, misc. specialties, signage, residential appliances, metal shelving, laboratory equipment, aluminum canopies, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, pavement markings, security fencing, minor landscaping repairs and site utilities.
