• Phase 1 - initiate the process of identifying flight schools that are interested in collaborating with Texas State University (TXST) to establish the Bachelor of Applied Science in Aviation Science program across the state of Texas and nationally. The objective is to establish these partnerships by the fall of 2025. • Phase 2 - July 2025 collaborate with TXST Global to conduct a feasibility study for an air traffic control program. The findings of the feasibility study will serve as a basis for TXST’s decision regarding the program’s viability. Should TXST decide to proceed with the program, design work will commence, involving the determination of whether an associate or bachelor’s degree (concentration in aviation science) is appropriate, seeking FAA approval, hiring qualified faculty, and acquiring the requisite equipment. • Phase 3 - August 2025 collaborate with American Aviation to conduct research on the potential of partnering with Texas State Technical College (TXST) to offer an associate in applied science degree in aviation mechanics. If the collaboration proves mutually beneficial, TXST and American Aviation will establish a partnership. • Phase 4 - September 2025 collaborate with faculty in the Department of Organization, Workforce, and Leadership (OWL) to design the Bachelor of Applied Science (BAAS) in Aviation Management. Additionally, identify qualified industry professionals who will assist in designing and teaching the courses within the BAAS in Aviation Management
