7.1. Inspection and Diagnostic Services shall include the following items as needed: 7.1.1. Must be able to perform on-site services at TSD bus yard. 7.1.2. Perform routine inspections of A/C and heating systems on all buses and fleet trucks, vans, cars, and SUV’s (frequency: annually/as needed). 7.1.3. Use diagnostic tools to identify faults, leaks, and performance issues. 7.1.4. Provide a written report detailing any issues found, with repair recommendations. 7.1.5. Must be adaptable to the changing needs of TSD as the size of the fleet changes. 7.2. Preventive Maintenance shall include the following items as needed: 7.2.1. Must be able to conduct annual heating services in September and A/C services at the end of March for entire commercial fleet. 7.2.2. Check and clean condenser and evaporator coils. 7.2.3. Inspect and replace cabin air filters. 7.2.4. Test compressor, blower motor, and electrical systems. 7.2.5. Inspect and top-off refrigerant levels (R134a or 1234yf as applicable). 7.2.6. Check belts, hoses, and connections for wear or damage. 7.2.7. Test system functions and verify pressure. 7.3. Repairs and Replacement shall include the following items as needed: 7.3.1. Repair or replace faulty compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, and blower motors. 7.3.2. Leak detection and repair (including O-rings, hoses, fittings). 7.3.3. Electrical repairs related to the A/C system (relays, fuses, switches). 7.3.4. Recharging refrigerant in compliance with EPA standards.
