The required services to be provided are the installation of a new commercial/ industrial automatic transfer switch with multi conductor lugs, and a programmable exercise timer at the Rio Grande State Center, Bldg. 515, Gen B. The Contractor shall complete the removal of the existing 600-amp automatic transfer switch (ATS) that is out of services and connect a new 600-amp ATS. shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation required to perform all services. The Contractor shall be responsible for taking field measurements prior to starting work. If needed, the Contractor shall reset the Main Switch Board to the new Automatic Transfer Switch level and replace the above ground conduits and conductors to meet new height to terminate and secure new Automatic Transfer Switch and Main Board Switch accordingly to/within National Electrical Code standards. The Contractor shall make all penetrations and connections necessary for installation. The Contractor shall use required PPE. The Contractor shall complete the startup, programing and commission Automatic Transfer Switch by factory representative and leave transfer switch and generator fully functional and provide training.
