Specifications include, but are not limited to: HHSC Procurement & Contracting along with The Department of Aging & Disability Services (DADS) are seeking to establish a contract for audio/visual equipment and the technical support services. Services shall be provided in one (1) conference room to be identified for the following dates listed below: to support the Centers for Medicare and Meicaid (CSM) Long term Care Training Course for which DADs Educational Services. The course is to be held November 16 through the 20th, 2015, in San Antonio, Texas. Conference attendee size shall be approximately 50 Survey staff and 40 trainees Needs to include audio/visuals, power points, DVD training potions, and audience reponse polls and test. Must be audio/visual driven. Labor, Equipment Rental and Other (travel, per diem, shipping, airfare, and ground transportation for technician selected by vendor)
