This project seeks to modernize and improve key components including the camera systems, instant replay system, wireless video transmission, and audio capture capabilities. We are requesting proposals, options, and recommendations for the following: 1. Instant Replay System The stadium currently uses a Newtek 3Play 425 instant replay system, which is no longer functional and has exceeded its service life. We are seeking a replacement system appropriate for professional sports production. The proposal must include a comprehensive training plan for district personnel to ensure smooth onboarding and longterm use. 2. Video & Control System Upgrades The current camera system includes: Three (3) Panasonic AG-UX90 camcorders. (These camcorders are no longer sufficient for the 7mm LED video board quality standards.) We are seeking professional-grade replacements that deliver broadcast-quality video under a variety of lighting conditions.
