Services provided by the successfully Respondent shall include, but not limited to: • Work on behalf and in partnership with Texas A&M Athletics Special Events to solicit, procure, negotiate and/or oversee the booking and management of a third-party promoted concert/event on a mutually agreeable date. • Secure the artist(s) • Negotiate all contracts and riders, production, and provisioning • Work on behalf of and in partnership with Texas A&M Athletics Special Events to maximize the revenue realized and minimize the expense of all parts of the production with the third-party promoter, touring company, or direct artist management group. • Provide all contract negotiations with the artist(s) specifically as follows: o Provide a list of artist(s), managers and/or promoters to Texas A&M University Athletics Special Events who will be contacted for approval o Solicit and/or procure artist(s) o Create a Pro Forma and accounting forecast of the concert/event o Master contract negotiation with the inclusion of Texas A&M Athletics Special Events, Texas A&M University Contracting, Texas A&M Systems Office of General Counsel, and others as specified by Texas A&M University o Artist rider negotiation o Logistical need/requests of artist(s) o Transportation needs/requests of artist(s) o Production needs/requests of artist(s) o Assist with the final settlement of the concert/event o Coordinate all ancillary activities surrounding the event to include catering, third-party contractors related to Back of House functions along with any other requirements to successfully execute each concert/event in partnership with Texas A&M Athletics Special Events
