Vendors must meet the following minimum performance terms: A. Vendor shall negotiate and process all license agreements on behalf of Texas State University. B. Vendor shall provide comprehensive brand protection and management services on behalf of Texas State University. C. Vendor shall routinely conduct compliance reviews and investigate all known and suspected cases of infringement. D. Vendor shall act as a general consultant to the Texas State University licensing program and shall assist on any license related matters as they arise. E. Reports: The Vendor must provide Texas State University with detailed quarterly reports of the account. F. The Vendor shall employ only competent and satisfactory personnel and shall provide a sufficient number of employees to perform the required services efficiently and in a manner satisfactory to Texas State University.
