Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work with the UH Athletics Department for event management services, which will include security staffing, ushering, EMT/ambulance services, parking operations, and equipment rental. Selected service provider will employ pre-screened quality individuals to provide these security services for Athletics in strict accordance with company policies in addition to bid specifications outlined below. Service Provider shall provide personnel to staff all requested events held as it pertains to University of Houston events in accordance with the specifications. Personnel provided shall include but not be limited to: Site Manager, Supervisors, Security and Ushers. Contractor shall recruit, screen, train, supervise, direct, discipline, and if necessary, discharge personnel working on service provider’s behalf for Athletics. Employees and service providers will adhere to Athletics practices and policies including grooming standards, drug abuse, smoking, eating, using offensive language, fighting, as well as any behavior not conducive to the mission of the University, etc., along with University Security Policies and Procedures. Service provider shall cause all of its employees and service providers to behave in a friendly, respectable and courteous manner toward all guests, patrons, Athletics staff, UH staff, management, Tenants, other vendors and Licensees.
