Metered one (1) electrical pedestal Milbank, 200A, 120/240v CP3B52119A22 OR Oncor approved equal, with 200A main circuit breaker and two (2) 50A-2P, (2) 30A-1P and (2) 20A-1P circuit breakers for receptacles. Refer to Milbank for additional information. • Utility Meter to be provided and installed by Utility Company. Coordinate with Utility Company for additional requirements. • Contractor to provide underground conduit from metered pedestal to new utility pole. Stub conduit up utility pole 2’. Provide pull string and cap. • Utility Company to provide Conductor from Utility Transformer to electrical pedestal. Coordinate with Utility Company for exact location and conduit size. • Pedestal to be at a minimum 5’ away from new utility pole. Coordinate utility pole location with Utility Company. • Coordinate pedestal location with the Director of Public Works. • Electrical Contractor shall coordinate exact location of all existing utilities and routing of all new underground overhead. • Utilities with existing electrical and telecommunications company providing service to this existing building. Respective trades (plumbing, civil, etc.) prior to digging, minimize digging by sharing trenches whenever possible. • Electrical Contractor shall verify with Construction Manager that a survey has been conducted and all underground utilities have been identified. • Refer to attached drawings E0.0 for electrical legend, abbreviations and general notes. Utilities shown on these drawings are for reference only. • Contractor will furnish all labor and equipment. • Site visit mandatory in front of 101 N. Prairieville St.
