Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Oklahoma State Department of Health WIC Program (OSDH) is soliciting sealedproposals from qualifiedconsulting firms to assist OSDH to furnish planning and qualityassurance (QA) services for the Public HealthOklahoma Client Information System (PHOCIS) WIC Electronic Benefits Transfer project. Planning and qualityassurance services are needed to reasonably ensure the PHOCIS WIC EBT project plan proceeds without error, delayor interruption in compliance with the United States Department of Agriculture approved 901 Handbook.This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the service of one Supplier, to carry out Phase I (Planning) and Phase II(Quality Assurance) of the project. Supplier must submit one proposal including both phases of the project. Thisprocurement provides a dual scope and will result in a single award.
