The required services to be provided are as needed tree care, trimming and arborist services for the Austin State Hospital (ASH). ASH campus covers approximately 100 acres in total of which approximately acres are considered campus green space that is home to a variety of trees including live oak, post oak, pecan, Texas ash, cypress, Chinese tallows, elm, red oak, sycamore, and pine. Wood type may be referred to as so wood, hard wood or diseased wood and it is understood that wood type and loca�on access may affect how services are quoted, performed, and invoiced. Contractor shall provide emergency/expedited services in the case of trees/debris in a client access area. ASH shall not be responsible for damage(s) to Contractor equipment or Contractor rented equipment while on Agency campus or in route to and from ASH. Contractor shall not use climbing spikes or irons on trees unless previously approved by Agency. Contractor shall remove all debris resulting from services as applicable and as requested by Agency at no additional expense to Agency.
