Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Successful bidder, (“Contractor”) shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials to perform Flooring Services on an “as requested” basis for The University of Texas at Dallas (“UT Dallas”). A series of replacing, or repairing flooring, which is needed in order to turn a housing unit after a resident moves out to make it ready for a new resident. These can include tasks specific to the move-out that just occurred. Services shall be provided according to these specifications. UTD anticipates replacing approximately 330 1x1 units, 390 2x2 units, and 250 4x2 units in the next three years. The Contractor shall take all necessary safety precautions, including but not limited to the installation of barriers and/or signs, to safeguard people and property from injury or damage.
