The required services to be provided are as needed autobody damage repair and painting of Austin State Supported Living Center (AuSSLC) fleet vehicles - see Exhibit E Vehicle List. All services shall be performed at the Contractor’s facility. Contractor shall be located within 50-mile radius of Austin State Supported Living Center All services, parts and materials shall be in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. Services may include but are not limited to: a) Repairs and replacement of body damage using parts and components that conform to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards. b) Provide frame straightening and front-end alignments. c) Painting to include touch up of chips, nicks, and scratches. New paint must match existing color and meet OEM standards. d) Provide repairs and replacement of all glass components. e) Calibrate all systems including at minimum and as applicable, cameras, monitors, systems control units and alignments. f) Towing or wrecker services to Contractor’s shop location. Prior to services commencing, the Contractor shall provide, for Agency review and approval, a detailed estimate of recommended services and repairs, including at minimum: a) First and last name and title of technician; b) Hourly rate and estimate of hours to complete all repairs; c) Diagnosis and recommended repairs; d) Parts, make and model number, pricing and warranty; e) Labor warranty
