Specifications include, but are not limited to: HHSC is seeking a qualified Respondent to provide Security Personnel services that include armed and unarmed Security Officers to guard HHS buildings at four (4) Austin, TX locations. Respondent must also provide a site Supervising Officer who will be responsible for the Security Officers (Supervising Officers and Security Officer (collectively known as Security Personnel). ; 1. Contractors will provide Security services and Security Personnel in two (2) classifications, Supervising Officer and Security Officer. Security Personnel will maintain a high-visibility profile as security representatives for HHSC and DFPS and the facility. 2. Services include guarding the facility's interior and exterior areas including but not limited to: • dock areas • building grounds • parking lots • garages • etc.
