Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Perform all tasks required to provide a complete, functional and usable space that meets the end user’s program requirements. B. Plan and define the project in conjunction with affected departments of the County to include: 1. utilizing components of the Denton County Master Space Plan and other available data relative to this project; 2. conducting a series of meetings and on-site visits with the users, both collectively and individually, to thoroughly understand and complete the programming; and 3. coordinating with staff from County’ Public Facilities Department, Sheriff’s Facilities Department, Construction Management Department and/or Technology Services Department to determine systems and other requirements.
