Professional services required for this project include, but are not limited to the following: • Accessibility (plan reviews, TDLR submittal and final inspection) • Architecture (including code reviews, SUP zoning application, interior finish-out, FF+E, signage) • Athletic training facilities • A/V systems • CCTV and Security System (coordination with 3rd Party vendors to City) • Civil Engineering (including site drainage study, site utilities, survey & platting) • Cost estimating (independent collaboration with CMAR pre-construction services) • Energy modeling • Interior Design, including furniture selection and signage • Landscape Architecture • MEP Engineering • Programming • Site Planning • Structural Engineering (including constructability reviews with CMAR pre-construction services) • Value Improvement (in collaboration with CMAR pre-construction services) Design and installation of the IT/Data Communications network, CCTV and Security systemswill be provided by City staff in conjunction with third-party vendors operating under separate contracts with the City. Furniture procurement, delivery and installation will be ‘by Owner’ under separate contract.
