1. The project will need to include: (A.) Construction Drawings and Specifications for Renovation of existing space for new equipment installation in Invasive Lab, Room 4, located at JPS’ Patient Care Pavilion. (B.) Coordination with Staff on layout for Room 4. (C.) Coordination with Equipment Manufacturers / Vendors. 2. The project shall be planned to minimize the amount of renovation required and to meet the budgetary goals of the project. Preliminary cost estimates prepared April 30, 2024, in which minimal changes are made, reveal the cost could be in the $755,000 to $955,000 range depending upon the equipment, electrical, HVAC requirements and timing of bidding and construction. 3. Construction will be performed by a General Contractor selected by competitive bid process.
