Specifications include, but are not limited to: For this project, ACC requests that the selected Architectural/Engineering design team provide a full range of design services, including (but not limited to): 1. Master planning the campus site for this phase of construction, and for longrange plans for the campus; 2. Architectural and Engineering design for construction of the building and all building systems (including specialty design consultants as needed for the project program as well as access control, intrusion detection, voice and data infrastructure); 3. Assistance in platting the property and obtaining any approvals needed to implement the construction; 4. Assistance in obtaining LEED certification; at minimum, LEED Silver certification is expected for all new construction
