The required product to be provided is Apryse iText Core Volume (.net) version 9.0 for production application software. Apryse iText Core is an open-source PDF library and SDK, available for Java and .NET, that allows software developers to create, manipulate, and manage PDF documents. HHS, at its sole discretion, with a 30 days’ advance written notice, reserves the right to change, consolidate, delete or add service locations. Services will be provided remotely. The Contractor must provide the HHS Agency Contract Manager with 24-hour contact information for a minimum of two (2) Contractor personnel so the HHS Agency may communicate urgent performance issues that require immediate correction or any other issues that may occur. The Contractor’s 24-hour contact must always be available.
