Waller County intends to acquire land to construct a detention pond, install storm culverts, revegetate, and complete associated appurtenances. The primary parcel for acquisition is Parcel ID 40215, located at the northwest corner of Stella Road and Stalknecht Road in Brookshire, Texas. If this parcel is determined to be affordable and feasible for acquisition, no additional appraisals will be required.
