Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Fort Bend ISD needs an integrated solution that will handle the end-to-end process from recruiting through onboarding. The Applicant Tracking & Recruitment System (ATS) solution must include configuration and installation, integration, testing, implementation, training, on-going maintenance, and technical support • Fort Bend ISD requires a system that is user-friendly and intuitive to efficiently manage its applications and for tracking its processes • The system should allow job openings to be easily posted and managed • The system should also provide easy to use search and report capabilities for hiring managers and HR staff • This system will be used to manage both external and internal hiring activity • All data transmitted in the system, by applicants, employees, hiring managers, and/or HR staff must be secure • The ATS system should be expandable • The ATS system should reduce unnecessary processing time by increasing efficiencies in applicant credential collection, eligibility determination data entry, tracking, and information retrieval • The ATS system should improve the format of the information and data received from applicants to allow for more valid and effective evaluations of an applicant's background by providing a mechanism to simplify the screening process based on the job’s minimum requirements (i.e. scoring position specific questions, category based screening which ties jobs within category groups, etc.) • The ATS system should provide internal processes and/or logic to simplify various processes • The ATS system should reduce the time-to-hire • The ATS system should have the ability to initiate and complete processes concurrently • The ATS system should integrate with PeopleSoft ERP system and 3rd party application tools • The ATS system should have one-click print capabilities on every page
