Contractor shall have a minimum of three (3) years operating experience in providing uniform, workwear, and related apparel destruction services. Contractor’s facility shall have the following minimum-security measures in place: Security systems and perimeter monitoring equipment Strict ID badge/security access procedures Fire-suppression system Closed-circuit television surveillance of entrances and production lines with 24/7 recording Exterior fencing Contractor’s staff handling City apparel shall sign a department confidentiality agreement provided by the department upon request. Contractor’s staff handling City apparel shall have the applicable federal, state and local licensing requirements to operate the vehicles and equipment used in fulfilling the terms of the contract. Contractor’s fleet shall meet all applicable Texas Department of Transportation standards. All personnel assigned to the project shall wear a uniform, necessary safety equipment, and company issued identification. Uniforms shall be alike and have the Contractor’s name clearly displayed on the front of the shirt and seasonal outerwear. The Contractor’s equipment shall conform to acceptable industry methods and standards.
