Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services shall include, but are not limited to, the requirements contained in this RFP and gathered through in person or virtual public meetings. Input gathered from public meetings will be taken into account in refinement of project deliverables. Services set forth that contain the words "must" or "shall" are mandatory and must be provided as specified with no alteration, modification, or exception. Services set forth that contain the words "may" or "can" allow Respondents to offer alternatives to the manner in which the commodities/services are provided. The requested services and corresponding deliverables are detailed in the subsections below.; 1. Defining antisemitism (using the International Holocaust Remembrance Association (IRHA) definition) and why this matters to Texans.; 2. Data and analytics on antisemitism in Texas and a description of the ways in antisemitism is expressed or manifests in society, particularly across the State of Texas.; 3. Collection and interpretation of data on antisemitic incidents across the state, where these incidents occur, and what the impact is on local communities. The information can come from organizations that have conducts surveys and/or tracked antisemitic incidents.; 4. Explanation, acknowledgement, and evaluation of data to be presented in a concise manner.; 5. Summary of data that includes an assessment of what sorts of programming/educational opportunities might be available based on the information gathered and what organizations in Texas would be able to carry out these opportunities.
