Specifications include, but are not limited to: The required services to be provided are Syntropi™ Software annual subscription for: A. Maintenance & Support - Quantity = 1 B. Hosting - Quantity = 1 Maintenance, support, and hosting services shall be provided in accordance with the following: 1. The Contractor shall perform the following system maintenance and support to Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) for Syntropi™: a. Contractor shall correct any defects in Texas DSHS’s operation of Syntropi™. b. Web Server Maintenance i. shall monitor the overall security of the web servers hosting Texas DSHS’s Contractor Software. ii. Contractor shall monitor the overall health of the web servers hosting Texas DSHS’s Contractor Software. iii. Contractor shall renew domain. iv. Contractor shall update domain. v. Contractor shall renew Secure Socket Layer (SSL)/Transport Layer Security Certificates. vi. Contractor shall update Secure Socket Layer (SSL)/Transport Layer Security Certificates. c. Database Maintenance i. Contractor shall maintain data quality. ii. Contractor shall increase data quality. iii. Contractor shall maintain responsiveness. iv. Contractor shall increase responsiveness, when necessary. d. Network Maintenance i. Contractor shall secure the network. ii. Contractor shall maintain uptime within 99.5% working order. e. Daily Data Back Up i. Contractor shall perform full image backups on a daily basis between 12:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. EST. ii. Contractor shall perform database backups on a daily basis between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. EST. f. Quarterly Regression Testing i. Contractor shall perform quarterly regression testing throughout the year. 1. The Contractor shall resolve regressive defects through scheduled maintenance patch updates to the software. g. Public facing webpage content updates (where page content management is unavailable or limited)
