Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide an annual service agreement for the following equipment: a) Mettler Toledo Titrator Excellence T7 SN# B7221912213; Base InMotion Flex Autosampler SN# B648357062; Liquid Handler SN# B648389480 b) Mettler Toledo Titrator Excellence T7 SN# B722191220; Base InMotion Flex Autosampler SN# B648357061; Liquid Handler SN# B726296273 DSHS may add or remove equipment included in the awarded contract as needed throughout the contract term. The Contractor shall perform annual on-site maintenance services and verification of instrument performance to assure accuracy and minimize downtime. Preventive maintenance must be performed according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Contractor shall provide unlimited, on-demand, on-site maintenance services, repairs, calibration, and certification services according to the equipment’s specific maintenance requirements. Contractor shall ensure all parts are factory-certified and all parts will be repaired or replaced, as needed. Contractor shall perform instrument cleaning. Contractor shall provide and maintain software updates and notifications for equipment covered in the annual service agreement. Contractor shall ensure a manufacturer-trained service engineer perform all maintenance and repairs, as well as updates to proprietary software to maintain equipment warranties. Contractor shall ensure the quoted price for the annual service agreement includes parts necessary for Preventive maintenance and repairs, labor, loaner equipment and travel expenses. Contractor shall maintain communication with DSHS and coordinate scheduling to minimize the impact to processes and operations when the equipment requires repair or maintenance. Contractor must dispatch a service engineer trained in the operation of the exact equipment that requires servicing. If the Contractor is unable to repair equipment on-site, DSHS shall incur no additional cost for the Contractor to perform repairs off-site. Upon request by DSHS, the Contractor must provide a loaner instrument within a timeframe agreed upon by DSHS and the Contractor.
