Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is an agency within the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) system. The Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) division of HHSC administers solicitations for HHS. HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish Contract(s) for an annual service agreement for two (2) Mettler Toledo instruments at the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Laboratory. These instruments are used in drinking water testing samples to ensure compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act. An annual service contract is required to ensure instruments remain functional, produce accurate test results, are repaired when needed, and preventive maintenance is performed to meet regulatory requirements.
