SPECIFICATIONS A. Typical Specialized Electrical Services may include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Installation or replacement of new or rebuilt transformers, switch gears, transfer switches, and other like equipment. 2. Performing repairs to high voltage switch gear, transformers, tap cans, etc. Repairs to high voltage switch gears may include, but are not limited to, emergency repairs or repairing any defects discovered during inspections. 3. Performing maintenance and inspection of transformers (high voltage). a. Maintenance on transformers (high voltage) may include, but is not limited to, testing all connections for proper tightness, taking oil samples for analysis, and interpretation of test results. 4. Repair or rebuilding of transformers. 5. Inspection and cleaning of transformers and tap cans. 6. Performing maintenance on 15,000 plus volt switch gears. a. Maintenance on switch gears may include, but is not limited to, testing switches and breakers, checking lugs and connections for tightness, and transferring power to emergency generator. 7. Performing repairs, additions, and deletions of circuits in computer/server rooms. 8. Performing Infrared Electrical Inspections 9. Rearranging or adding circuits in computer rooms to meet computer equipment requirements with minimal disruption of normal operation. 10. Balancing of loads between circuits, including, but not limited to, UPS systems, CPUs, and other like equipment
