Contractor shall upon request perform a White Conveyors Model PD-72, Serial Number 46602-1790, PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE VISIT to include, but not be limited to, the following services: 1. All equipment to be serviced in a single visit. 2. Chain length for each of the three (3) carousels is approximately 150 feet. Chain lubrication is Texas Co: Meropa oil type 1 or equal. 3. Check the following: a. Trunnion for drive linkage engagement and smooth operation. b. Wheels for damage/wear. c. Upper and lower hanger frames for damage. 4. Inspect and Replace the following as needed: a. V-belt for the drive motor and gearbox (Gearbox : P-ET5400- 20, V-Belt: Cogged V-Belt, BX32, 35in) b. Gearbox Oil 5. Lubricate the following: a. All gear boxes at zerk fitting to within manufacturer recommendations. b. All drive motors at zerk fitting to within manufacturer recommendations.
