Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Awarded vendors must provide an orientation session for new clients after enrollment into the RFSC. The orientation must inform of services available to them at the RFSC. B. Awarded vendors must provide an initial assessment for new clients after enrollment into the RFSC. The assessment must determine client needs and possible services to avoid client recidivism. C. Awarded vendors must provide resource coordination for clients to ensure that client needs are met in an effort to avoid recidivism. D. Awarded vendors must provide career counseling services for clients to determine client job skills and areas for potential growth. Awarded vendors must provide career counseling services that are designed to guide the client towards employment. E. Awarded vendors are solely responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with service providers needed to complete services under this agreement. Services are generally obtained by referring clients to governmental and non -profit organizations. Services that are typically provided to clients under the RFSC include, but are not limited to, all of the following: 1. Housing assistance 2. Employment assistance 3. Education/job skills assistance 4. Mental health services 5. Transportation services F. Awarded vendors are solely responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with community partners that assist citizens after they are released from incarceration. Awarded vendors must provide community navigation services for clients to match community partners to a client’s specific needs. G. Awarded vendors must provide customer surveys to clients to assess service shortfalls of the RFSC.
