Tarrant County seeks transportation network vendor(s)/rideshare contractor(s), or similar transportation services for non-emergency transportation to and from Tarrant County facilities, or other origins/destinations as deemed necessary, for clients of Tarrant County Public Health, (TCPH). Services must be provided in accordance with all Federal, State and Local laws. B. More than one Vendor may be selected. TCPH will work to ensure that all selected Vendor (s) receive equitable business in the number of rides provided. However, if Vendor performance is deemed to be lacking in any form, as determined by Tarrant County, this intent may not carry out through the end of the contract. Tarrant County Purchasing will make best effort to communicate concerns that tie poor performance evaluation, to the Vendor involved, in a timely manner. C. Estimated annual usage – 500 one-way trips.
